This is for the restaurant not the saloon. After waiting over 10 mins for our drink order to be taken, I went to inform the hostess we had not been helped. The hostess promptly informed the back of house, including the manager. The manager walked completely by our table to grab a tray with dirty dishes and ignored us. 5 mins after that, a young man comes by to tell us he will be right with us. We went to the saloon and had our drinks in 3 mins. Poor manager and poor waitstaff. Amazing hostess and bar staff. The restaurant was hardly half filled.20 min update since posting: Ordered the lamb, driest meat I have ever had. This should be lamb which was dryer than chicken placed in a microwave. Naturally, it was the last lamb and I had to order something else.

Food so so (overpriced and burned ribs) but I'm still giving 5 stars thanks to Paul who was entertaining us with his music (including Banjo, Guitar and Harmonica). Great atmosphere and very pleasant vibe.

the lamb chops were bomb, though a small portion. food was way overpriced. $75 for lamb chops, asparagus, fries, and a large dogfish ipa. good customer service though. place was empty, i could see why with these prices. live banjo entertainment was cool.
